Piranha designed and now look after our website. We wanted the design to be quirky, and it is. They were easy to brief and quickly understood what we wanted; it’s certainly an advantage that they have distinct design and coding ‘departments’. So far as updates and hosting goes, the site has never gone down and they always perform any updates promptly, when they say they will. I could go on, but I won’t, apart from to say that they’re dead good.
